Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

This policy explains what information SportIQ handles when you use the service and how it is used.

Information you provide

How information is used

We use this information to sign you in, operate your profile, calculate and display your performance statistics, and maintain the service. Your name, username, profile details, photo, and summary statistics can appear on your public player profile. Match-by-match records are used to calculate those statistics and are not displayed as a public match log.

Cookies and service providers

SportIQ uses essential session and security cookies to keep sign-in and site requests working. Google handles Google sign-in under its own privacy policy. The service may rely on hosting, database, or storage providers to operate; those providers process information as needed to provide their services.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the providers described above or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users. Account and match information is kept while needed to provide SportIQ. Public profile information remains viewable while the profile is available. Backups may take additional time to clear after information is removed.

Your choices

You can edit your profile information and photo from SportIQ. To request access to or deletion of account information, contact the SportIQ operator through the support channel provided for this service. Removing your public profile or account may also remove associated match records and statistics.

Security and updates

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy as the service or its practices change. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect.
